Nick Gainsley

As a Principal, Nick supports the General Partners in the entire deal life cycle including identifying new leads, assessing potential deals, and performing investment analysis, as well as post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos 5 years ago, Nick spent over five years working at KPMG within its Debt Advisory team, providing specialist independent financing advice to corporate borrowers across a range of debt products and markets. Prior to this, Nick worked within KPMG's M&A and Valuation teams while on its Corporate Finance graduate scheme. He holds a degree in Management from UMIST (now part of the University of Manchester) and also holds the AMCT Diploma from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT).
