Neil Hudd

Neil Hudd is an industry visionary whose 30 years of business experience includes several International and US assignments, in various senior management positions, with major corporations, in mid-tier turnarounds and at new technology startups. In addition to general management expertise, he has comprehensive experience in sales, marketing, software products, product management, manufacturing, mergers, acquisitions and sourcing venture capital funding. Most recently, as Senior Vice President and officer of Hypercom Corporation. (HYC-NYSE) he established the first Product Marketing group responsible for developing five new state of the art products for each of the company's five product lines, namely, counter top, wireless, multi lane, networking and unattended products. He additionally restructured the 220 person Engineering group into strategic and tactical initiatives, consolidating these operations in four centers, Phoenix, Latvia, Sweden and Singapore. As a significant investor and cofounder of Way Systems Inc., a unique mobile Payment terminal vendor, he served as Vice President of Sales & Strategic Initiatives, where he assisted in securing an aggregate of $12.8 million in A and B investment rounds and implemented their initial sales and marketing infrastructure. He served as CEO, President and in senior management positions at NCR Corporation in the US & Japan, Tandem Computers, NBS Technologies and in early stage companies he founded or co founded. Presently, he also serves as a director of JSL Technologies Inc, a director of the Memorial Drive Investment Fund of Boston, a director of ASH Payment Solutions and is principal of NPH Advisors LLC. A resident of Marblehead, he is married with three children, is a member of the Eastern Yacht Club of Marblehead and is a past member of the Royal Durban Club, Wanderers Club in Johannesburg, Board of Trade Club in Toronto, NCR Country Club in Ohio and the Tokyo American Club in Japan.
