Neeraj Prathipati

Mr. Prathipati is part of the Growth Buyout team and focuses on majority recapitalizations, management buyouts, corporate divestitures and expansion-stage equity investments. Mr. Prathipati joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2016. Prior to Frazier, Mr. Prathipati was an investment banking analyst at MTS Health Partners where he worked with middle-market healthcare services companies on a variety of corporate finance and merger and acquisition engagements. Mr. Prathipati received a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Accounting & Information Systems from Boston College.
