Rani serves as the General Manager of DriveNets Cybersecurity business unit. Previously serving as Head of the Joint Cyber Defense Division in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), for over three decades Rani played a central role in shaping and leading Israel's cyber defense posture, with responsibility for defending IDF assets and coordinating national-level efforts to secure critical digital infrastructure. Key positions included Head of the National Encryption Center ("Matzov"), founding member of the IDF Cyber Chief of Staff, and senior roles in the Directorate of Defense Research and Development (DDR&D). Rani holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering and is a recipient of the Israel Defense Prize, as well as having recently been awarded the US Legion of Merit.
