Mike Rutterford is a serial entrepreneur with a 40 year career as a Business Angel and in property investment. Educated in Edinburgh, in his 20s he launched Stuart Wyse Ogilvie and over a ten year period developed the estate agency into the biggest in Scotland subsequently selling to General Accident in 1987. He co-founded Archangel Informal Investment Limited with business partner Barry Sealey in 1992. The syndicate is now 20 years old, involved in 100 start up businesses, investing £100m. He is still a board member of Archangels and ex-board member of the Entrepreneurial Exchange. He has a number of investments in property and land deals in the UK and abroad.
