Meghan Maher

Meghan is responsible for recruiting initiatives at both the firm and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining the team at OpenView, Meghan began her career as a Technical Recruiter with AVID Technical Resources. She focused on finding the top IT talent for both contract and direct hire placements through sourcing and networking. Meghan was involved in the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial contact to offer stage. Meghan received her Bachelor’s in International Business and Minor in Spanish from the University of Rhode Island. She spent a semester studying abroad at Bond University in Queensland, Australia.
