Mauro Yovane

Investment professional with over 18 years of experience in both, private equity and venture capital. Currently leading Aurora Fund of Funds at Axon Partners Group, an investment, corporate finance and strategic advisory firm based in Madrid with five offices worldwide.

Before Axon, Mauro worked for 4 years as an Investment Manager at Talde Private Equity, a GP investing in the Spanish mid-market, with more than EUR 250m AUM. Previously, he also worked as a Senior Investment Officer for the Interamerican Development Bank in Washington and CAF Development Bank in Latin America, both multilateral institutions covering Latin America, with an overall portfolio of over EUR100b AUM. In this position he invested in more than 25 PE funds across different countries in LATAM and structured several equity and credit facilities for SMEs and financial institutions in the region. Also, he served as board member in several PE/VC funds and portfolio companies. Mauro holds a Master in Finance Degree from London Business School and a MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Chile.
