Matthew Sinnamon

Matt Sinnamon is the General Counsel and Company Secretary at OneVentures. He joined Eclipx in October 2014 following eight years with ING Bank Australia as Head of Legal, Compliance and Company Secretary. Prior to his time with ING, Matt held various legal and accounting positions with Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Perpetual Limited and Pitcher Partners. Matt is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Chartered Secretary and is entered on the Roll of Public Notaries.
