Masahiro Kinoshita

Masahiro (Masa) Kinoshita is the President of Panasonic Ventures L.L.C. He is a founding team member and Managing Director of Conductive Ventures. Simultaneously Masa leads the Global Venture Strategy team at Panasonic Corporation in Japan which oversees relationships with a number of venture capital firms. In addition, he has over 15 years of experience in corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Prior to Conductive Ventures, Masa oversaw planning and execution in many cross-border transactions as a global head of M&A at Panasonic Corporation and Sanyo Electric. In addition, he successfully led and executed M&A transactions in the areas of Healthcare, Semiconductors, Telecommunications, and Appliances in US, China, and Japan. Before joining Panasonic, Masa served at BDO Sanyu & Co., a part of BDO International which is the fifth largest accounting firm, as an auditor and assisted companies in the IPO process. He has also worked at the Marubeni Corporation. Masa graduated with a B.A in Economics from Kobe University and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered in Japan.
