Martin Tan

Martin is Arcapita's Chief Investment Officer, leading the Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure businesses, as well as the Portfolio Management function. He joined Arcapita in 2007 as Global Head of Real Estate from CapitaLand Ltd in Singapore. Martin has extensive international operating experience having managed listed and privately held companies in many parts of the world, particularly in Europe, the GCC and Asia. He started his career in the manufacturing and construction industries and is a native of Singapore. Martin obtained his MBA and Bachelor's degrees from Washington State University.
