Martin Glanfield

Martin is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Mercia Technologies PLC. He is responsible for the long-term financial planning of the Group, as well as for presenting and reporting accurate financial information to shareholders. Martin’s responsibilities also include managing the financial risks of the Group and the Group’s compliance function. He also has Board responsibility for Mercia’s successful debt funds activities. Martin is based at the Group’s head office in Henley-in-Arden.
