Mark Tluszcz

Mark Tluszcz has served as a member of the Company's board of directors since June 2010 and has served as their Chairman since February 2016. Mark is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Mangrove Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, since 2000. Since that date, he has served as a director on its board of directors. Mark is currently a member of the board of directors of several private Mangrove Capital Partners portfolio companies. Previously, Mark was a partner for Arthur Anderson LLP in their business consulting practice, and he also led their European venture capital fund.
