Mario Fera

Chief Executive Officer of Clessidra since September 2016. Mario Fera joined Italmobiliare S.p.A. in 2009 and since 2010 assisted the Chief Executive Officer in leading and managing all the major corporate development initiatives of the Group including the origination and disposal of Italcementi Group to HeidlebergCement. Prior to Italmobiliare, Mario spent 12 years in Investment Banking abroad. He was with UBS Investment Bank in London as Executive Director in the M&A Team. Prior to UBS, Mario was with HSBC Bank and Lazard. He is currently Board member of Roberto Cavalli, Nexi and Scrigno.
