Marcel Willems

Marcel Willems has been a lawyer since 1989. After having worked as an associate for one of the larger Dutch firms, in 1991 he decided to start his own firm together with some friends. This firm is Kennedy Van der Laan, itself now one of the larger firms in the Netherlands.

Kennedy Van der Laan is the leading technology law firm and known for its innovative approach. Marcel is partner in the corporate area, specialized in banking & finance and corporate litigation. He has been involved in eVentures Africa Fund as of its incorporation.
