Maksim is a co-founder of [AirPair](http://www.airpair.com), a network of technical experts that accelerates software development by “pairing” experts with engineers in real-time via video and screen sharing - leading to better software, produced faster, and at lower costs.
Prior to AirPair, Maksim was a consultant at Pivotal Labs, where he recognized the effectiveness of pair programming at transferring knowledge and upskilling engineers. Previously, Maksim founded [Dijit Media](http://www.dijit.com), and worked at Riverbed Technology and NVIDIA.
