Lorraine is the Head of Tax and Partnership Services and leads the tax team managing Cinven’s carried interest and co-investment schedule. Prior to Cinven, Lorraine was an accountant at the National Coal Board. She is a FCCA certified accountant. She joined Cinven in 1990.
