Lori McAdams

Lori McAdams is Marqeta’s chief people officer, responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s people and facilities operations, including recruiting, human resources, people operations, workplace experience, and real estate. Lori joined Marqeta from Lending Home where she was senior vice president of people, leading several key initiatives for the company, solidifying the company mission, and spearheading the opening of a second domestic office in Pittsburgh. Before that Lori spent three decades working in the entertainment industry, with leadership roles at Lucasfilm and Electronic Arts. She also spent 14 years with Pixar as vice president of human resources and administration. As a people leader in multiple industries, Lori has focused on growing out and scaling large organizations, building out full-stack HR functions, and leading management and leadership development programs to ensure organizational readiness.
