Lisa joined Maven in September 2013 and is part-qualified with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Based in Glasgow, her responsibilities include providing company secretarial support to the Company Secretary for Maven VCT’s and also third party clients. She joined us from Standard Life where she was working as a Financial Reporting Analyst. Prior to this she spent six years with RBS.
