Lisa Kraeutler

Lisa joined Domain as controller in 1997. As part of the Domain finance team, her responsibilities and major areas of activity include accounting, financial reporting, human resources, benefits management, tax and SEC compliance. Prior to Domain, Lisa was director of corporate accounting at Chrysalis International Corporation (now a part of MDS), a publicly traded contract research organization, where she had full accounting responsibility for all domestic and international business activities and transactions. Lisa is a CPA, and she previously spent two years in the public accounting field. She received her B.S. in accounting from The College of New Jersey.
