Lily Wan

Lily has been a venture investor, advisor, and financial services professional across sectors and regions. Prior to Blue Ivy Ventures, Lily sourced and vetted venture investments for NYC-based Pure Energy Partners and Boston-based NXT Ventures. In her role as a junior partner at Younker Capital in Beijing, she sourced and executed deals in the Internet of Things, healthcare, media, and consumer Internet. Lily was also the seed investor of Huanteng or “Phantom,” where she held a board advisor position; the smart home company was subsequently named to one of the “Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in China” by Fast Company in 2014. Prior to her career in venture capital, Lily was an analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York within prime brokerage margin lending, where she actively managed large accounts of hedge fund clients and led several cross-division strategic projects. Lily has a BA in Mathematics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
