Li Lihui

Mr. Li Hui Li served as the President of Bank of China Limited since July 2004. Mr. Li serves as the President of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited (BOCHK). He served as the President of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bank of China Limited since August 4, 2004. He served as an Executive Vice President of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited ("ICBC") from July 1994 to August 2002. From 1988 to July 1994, he served in a number of positions at ICBC including General Manager of the International Business Department, Chief Representative of the Singapore Representative Office and Deputy General Manager of the Fujian Branch. From September 2002 to August 2004, he served as Deputy Governor of Hainan Province. He has been Chairman of Bohai Industry Investment Management Ltd. since December 2006.
