He has reviewed several thousand startups in the last 10 years and managed tens of VC deals in TMT Investments PLC. Levan has deep expertise in IT startup financial modelling and management as well as in preparing companies for early stage venture rounds.
He has also launched several startups and worked as a project manager and a director of intellectual property in several technological companies.
Levan has degrees from the Bauman State Technical University, Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property and the Higher School of Economics.
