Leandro de Andrade

My name is Leandro de Andrade, and I’m a product designer, with over 13 years of designing customer-facing solutions. I have worked with some of the biggest companies in the fintech segment. I am currently working as Designer Manager at fintech Vindi, the challenge and increasing better experience in 4 products (Terminal, Payment, Subscription, and Banking) leading more than 16 people. As a result, we give our customers satisfaction through better experiences for better results and operational profit; In addition, I co-founded the company Conta Simples, a digital account focused on SMBs. We grew more than 40.000 accounts in less than 2 years (7–10% per week) with a corporate card management solution (with 12 people in the operation). Part of this growth has led us to participate in the Y Combinator acceleration program. In the S20 program (YC is where companies like Airbnb, Dropbox, Twitch, and Stripe were born).
