Lars Bang

Lars Bang is Executive Vice President, Supply Operations and Engineering at Lundbeck. Lars Bang began his career at Lundbeck in 1988 as Trainee in R&D and was appointed Head of Department of R&D Planning and Economy later that year. He was subsequently appointed Divisional Director for Corporate Planning and Strategy in 1991, Managing Director at Lundbeck España S.A. in 1994, Senior Vice President, Supply Operations and Engineering in 1998, Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations in Europe & Overseas in 2000 and later Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. In 2003 he was appointed Executive Vice President and member of the board of Management in charge of Supply Operations, Engineering and IT. Lars Bang is member of the board of Fertin Pharma A/S and DentoFit A/S. Lars Bang obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark in 1987 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the Copenhagen Business School in 1989.
