As a Partner, Kul is focused on sourcing, structuring, negotiating, executing and monitoring Wellington investments. Prior to joining Wellington, Kul worked as a technology investment banker at a leading independent investment bank for over 4 years where he was involved in more than 25 closed lead financings and merger/advisory assignments for both public and private companies in Canada. He has also worked on majority of Wellington Financial's transactions including Basis100, MKS, Meikle Automation, TM Bioscience, Necho Systems, etc. Prior to 1998, Kul worked as a senior software engineer at Nortel Networks and IBM Microelectronics (Canada) where he focused on the research & development of various computing, communication and networking technologies. Kul earned his Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering (Electrical) in 1994 from the University of Toronto and Masters of Business Administration in 2000 from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
