Krystal is a Data Engineer at Nordstromrack.com | Hautelook where she focuses on Big Data, infrastructure and reporting. Previously, she was a Data Engineer in the AdTech industry. In 2016, she was a MongoDB Diversity Scholar. In 2017, she became the community manager for Lean In Los Angeles. In 2018, She gave a talk, “Applying Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In principles in technology”, as part of the Visionary Voices program at MicroStrategy World 2018.
