Kia Helms joined LeaseTerm Solutions in February 2012. Her primary responsibilities include risk management consultation and marketing in the Southeastern and Southwestern regions. Kia spent most of her career in the multi-family and insurance industries. Most recently, Kia was with SureDeposit as a National Marketing Director for eight years. Prior to SureDeposit, Kia was an Assistant Property Manager with Wingate Management and was responsible for operations and leasing. Kia is a licensed insurance agent and holds a CAM designation. She has a degree in Management from Georgia State University.
