Kevin Yijing Xie is a Managing Director at China Renaissance, responsible for investment banking businesses in healthcare industry. At this role, he has led in over 40 financing and M&A transactions in healthcare sectors totaling near $1 billion. Prior to founding China Renaissance in 2005, Kevin was a Vice President at the investment banking division of Credit Suisse Group, where he advised on over $40billion of equity and debt financing deals. Till now, China Renaissance has helped in more than 300 financing and M&A deals of Chinese enterprises, with capital amount totaling $55billion. Kevin holds a B.A. in Economics (with Honors) from the University of Sydney.
