Giuriceo has been with CD&R for 15 years and is a member of the Investment Committee. He led or co-led the Firm’s investments in American Greetings, David’s Bridal, Envision Healthcare, Healogics, High Ridge Brands, Sally Beauty, ServiceMaster, SiteOne Landscape Supply, and TruGreen. Prior to joining CD&R, Giuriceo worked in the principal investment area and investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co.
