Katie VanTuinen

Ms. VanTuinen serves as Executive Assistant to Antonio Gracias. Prior to her current position, Ms. VanTuinen served as an Associate within the Human Capital team at Valor. In this role, she worked with all Valor portfolio companies to maximize growth by identifying and acquiring talent. Ms. VanTuinen’s responsibilities also included succession planning through talent research, human resource database management, and general administration of Valor’s human capital management function and human resource operations. Prior to joining Valor, Ms. VanTuinen was a technical recruitment analyst with Human Capital Management Solutions (“HCMS”), a Chicago based technology recruiting and consulting firm. During this time, Ms. VanTuinen conducted searches for technical staff across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining HCMS, Ms. VanTuinen spent several years in outside sales with both Novartis and Newell Rubbermaid. Ms. VanTuinen received a B.A. in Communications from The Ohio State University.
