Kathleen O’Donnell is a Legal Counsel at Francisco Partners. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2011, Kathleen was the in-house counsel at a corporate finance firm focusing on legal, compliance and regulatory issues. Previously, Kathleen was a partner in the Finance Group at Dechert LLP and Lawrence Graham LLP.
