Kath Young

Kath Young is a digital experience and workplace powerhouse. Her digital and technology experience lends from her time as Head of Network Services at ANZ and her various roles at a network engineer. Couple that with her experience as a Senior Manager for End User Experience, ICT/Information Security/ Digital Workspace, Kath will bring a unique blend of lessons learned from privacy/process challenges and balancing out the need for risk management vs. increased staff engagement. Now Kath leads the team that focuses on enhancing digital collaboration, unified communications, and mobility and workspace technology for IAG’s 15,000 professionals - all of who use a lean, iterative, design-thinking approach to partner with the rest of the business in order to innovate.
