Kartik Raj Rewar

Kartik Raj Rewar is the founder of Fursa, the live jobs index for the open web. Fursa indexes employer career pages at the source, keeps roles fresh, deduplicates reposts, and structures jobs into searchable data. The goal is to make the live job market queryable for candidates, hiring teams, and AI agents, and to become the default starting point for job search. Fursa is live across the GCC and North America. Before Fursa, Kartik led corporate strategy at Emaar, working on growth, international expansion, and new ventures. He has also built zero-to-one products across proptech, crypto, and mental health. Kartik studied at IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad.
