Administration of the Partnership Investment Finance loan and equity portfolio, including collection of loan arrears and negotiation of revised payment terms with clients, collection and reporting of client management information and maintenance of client files and data. Prior to joining YFM Group, was the Adviser Services Team Leader at Business Link York and North Yorkshire for four years, managing a team of eight project administrators and project co-ordinators. Prior to that was a Project Co-ordinator at Business Link for three years. Worked for a range of businesses, from small owner-managed companies to a national supermarket retail chain to a multi-national corporation, in a range of roles including office manager, project co-ordinator, promotions manager, international bid manager and project team leader.
