I’ve been a serial founder with multiple exits, including enterprise SaaS company Conversocial, acquired by Verint (VRNT), and I was the co-founder & CEO of a16z-backed SCiFi Foods. I’m also the author of Message Me, a book about the future of customer service in the era of AI and social media.
