Joseph Siletto began working with Vivo as an advisor in 2015. At Vivo, Mr. Siletto is actively working on cross-border transactions between Chinese and U.S. or European companies. Mr. Siletto has over 15 years of experience in life sciences transactions and investments as a private company CEO, investment banker and a private investor. Mr. Siletto was most recently the U.S. CEO of a China-focused global medical device company, where he orchestrated five acquisitions and both FDA and CE mark approval of the company’s products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Siletto was an investment banker involved in over 50 transactions totaling over $1 billion for biopharmaceutical and medical device companies while working for Cowen & Co. and Banc of America Securities.
