Jonathan Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz has extensive legal experience, as a negotiator and deal-maker, tackling commercial transactions in a collaborative “win-win” style that focusses on getting “the job” done. Prior to joining the Accelmed team, Mr. Schwartz was a member of Agmon & Co., Rosenberg, Hacohen & Co., Law Offices and engaged in a corporate and commercial law practice with a strong focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices and intellectual property. Projects included financing of companies, venture capital investments, restructuring of companies, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property licensing and acting as legal counsel to entrepreneurs and “start-up” ventures. Mr. Schwartz acted as external counsel to a number of small to medium size companies, including companies that have overseas branches and international activities. Mr. Schwartz has an LLB from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
