Jon Armstrong

Jon Armstrong joined Cofactor Genomics in 2009 following 8 years in the Technology Development Group at The Genome Institute. In this role at Washington University he was instrumental in the design and development of molecular tools for interrogating and characterizing the structure and sequence of DNA and RNA. He also alpha- and beta-tested all the major next-generation sequencing platforms prior to commercialization. Mr. Armstrong, in his current role as CSO, has led Cofactor’s commercialization efforts; conceptualizing and directing strategy for new service applications and molecular biology products.
