Amanda Johnson is the Director of Digital Lab and Omnichannel Strategy for Rheumatology at AbbVie. She has been working in the marketing promotions and operations industry since 2006. She began her career in health care, at Medline Industries, as the product manager of a 500+ item, $5.5 million line. Amanda planned, organized and controlled the product line through the life cycle to optimize profits and meet growth objectives through coordination of sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing and operations. Amanda joined Leo Burnett in 2007 as a member of the Marketing Operations team. She managed the back-end setup, vendor execution and data collection of promotions for Altria and Kelloggs, in addition to overall program timelines. Amanda led the development and rollout of all digital capture device programs and the enhanced coupon tracking system for Altria. She has experience in all facets of operations and execution of cross-channel communications, and has extensive background working with vendors in the areas of coupons, sweepstakes, contests, games and inventory management. Amanda graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in marketing.
