Joël Lacourte

Joël Lacourte joined Astorg in 1999 and is a member of the Investment team. He has been involved in numerous transactions including GEOSERVICES, OGF, METALOR, SAVERGLASS, M7, AUTOFORM and ACTURIS. Prior to this, Joël held various CEO positions as a turnaround specialist for 4 years. Before that, Joël was a Partner at Epargne Partenaires from 1992 to 1995, following 5 years at Apax from 1987 to 1992, also as a Partner. He was previously a Management Consultant for 14 years for the Boston Consulting Group, Mars & Co and Mercer Management Consulting successively. Joël graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MA in Economics and an MBA from Stanford University.
