Jessica is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a passion for small businesses and startups, and an advanced understanding of the marketing technology landscape.

Jessica began her career in digital marketing and has spent the past 5 years working at Madwire®, a technology company that provides business management and marketing software and services for SMBs and franchises. She currently works as the VP of Operational Excellence, focused on maximizing efficiency, profitability, and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration. Her previous experience includes helping with company branding, social media marketing/management, and management of large teams.

Jessica is also the co-owner of a small business located in Denver that helps medium and large-sized businesses with their wide format printing/marketing needs and has worked with companies such as Universal Studios, ESPN, Red Bull, Bumble, Volcom, X Games, and more.

Jessica enjoys working alongside leaders to help find ways for their team to be more successful, profitable, and efficient. Some of her hobbies include traveling, running, learning new things, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
