Jennifer Buettner

As i2E’s executive assistant, Jennifer facilitates the activities of i2E’s Board of Directors and keeps up with the busy schedule of CEO Scott Meacham. She brings to her position multi-tasking skills developed over more than a decade of work as an administrative assistant. Before joining i2E, Jennifer served as administrative assistant and training coordinator for the Portillo Restaurant Group in Oak Brook, Ill., where she assisted the Director of Training and HR in coordination of managers-in-training classes, was responsible for tracking licensing and certifications for field staff, and supported special projects such as launching a new concept for the company. Jennifer has previously served in similar positions for several churches and also has experience as an office manager. Jennifer’s husband, Harlan, is a life coach who owns and operates his own business in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Jennifer and Harlan enjoy taking their high-performance Ford Mustangs to classic car shows. A native of Wichita, Kan., she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Nazarene University and returned to her “home” state of Oklahoma in the summer of 2010.
