Jeffrey S. Mills

Jeff joined Weston Presidio in 2005. Jeff was previously a Partner of Dorset Capital, a middle market private equity fund focused on growth companies. Prior to that, Jeff worked as an investment banker at Bank of America, Montgomery Securities and Merrill Lynch where he advised and financed companies in a variety of industries. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of Edge Systems, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Snooze and Too Faced Holdings and previously served on the Board of Directors of Hanna Andersson. In addition, Jeff is currently involved in Weston Presidio’s investments in Evenflo, Fender Musical Instruments Corp. and MacDermid and was involved in Weston Presidio’s investment in Integrity (sold to SAI Global, a public company listed on the Australian stock exchange). Jeff received a B.A in Political Science, Cum Laude from the University of Michigan and an M.M. in Finance and Accounting, Beta Gamma Sigma, from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
