Jeffrey H.Hillebrand

Mr. Hillebrand was with NorthShore from 1979-2012, serving as Chief Operating Officer from 1995-2012 and now is a Senior Advisor to the company focusing on mergers and acquisitions. NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) is an integrated healthcare system that includes Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, and Skokie Hospitals, NorthShore Medical Group (comprising over 800 doctors in 75 medical offices), NorthShore Home Services, NorthShore Research Institute and NorthShore Foundation. Mr. Hillebrand has an MHSA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Dartmouth College. He served as an administrative resident at Glenbrook Hospital in 1977 and completed an administrative fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and for five years served as a Regent. He has also served as President of the Northeast Illinois Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Hillebrand is a former member of the Young Presidents' Organization and the World Presidents' Organization. He is a board member of Vocera, VCRA--NYSE, serving as its compensation committee chair. He is a board member of VHA and Provista. He was a board member of Neoforma, Inc. serving as its Compensation Committee Chairman. He is a board member of SilkRoad Technologies, serving as its lead director. Mr. Hillebrand served as a Commissioner of the Certification Commission of Healthcare Information Technology, CCHIT, and on the board of the National Association of Healthcare Information Technology.
