Jeff Hickling

Jeff Hickling is Executive Vice President of Business Effectiveness. Mr. Hickling joined TIAA in 2014 to lead the organization’s efforts to drive continuous improvements in the speed, productivity and quality of its processes. As Executive Vice President of Business Effectiveness, he is focused on ensuring that the firm operates with excellence, and that its end-to-end processes are highly effective and efficient in delivering customer outcomes and a superior customer experience. To drive sustainable, breakthrough results, the Business Effectiveness organization takes a comprehensive change-management approach focused on management systems, operating systems and culture. In addition to leading process-improvement and innovation efforts, Mr. Hickling oversees the organization’s program management capabilities, business architecture and data management strategies.
