Jeff Herrmann has spent his career as an entrepreneur and executive in technologyventures. Since 2006 he has operated as a private investor in early-stage companies andas a board member, consultant and mentor to company founders and management. Jeff is a member of LaunchPad Venture Group and of Walnut Venture Associates. He was CEO/founder of Optimax Systems, a developer of optimized scheduling software for large manufacturing plants, whose flagship customers included Deere & Co., Case Corp., Volvo Truck, and General Motors. Optimax was acquired by i2 Technologies, a public company, in 1997.
