Jay Lance is the CFO and CCO at PeakSpan Capital. Before joining PeakSpan, Jay was employed by The Carlyle Group, in their Global Market Strategies Group, where he primarily focused on distressed and mezzanine debt strategies Jay graduated magna cum laude from Pace University, where he received MBA’s in Accounting and Financial Management along with a BBA in Accounting.
