ClickUp's mission to save users time drives its all-in-one work platform, remote-first hiring, AI-powered Super Agents, and compensation strategy targeting top talent building AI-augmented workflows.
ClickUp laid off 22% of its workforce (~286 employees) while offering remaining individual contributors up to $1M salaries to build AI agents that replace their work, framing the move as a radical AI embrace and reallocation of savings into Brain2 development.
