Javier Megias

Javier Megias is an entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in startups, venture capital, and corporate environments. He has co-founded two startups and led operations in both multinationals and SMEs across sectors such as finance, defense, aerospace, and IT.

With a strong track record in management, innovation, and operations, he has managed teams of over 80 people and served on different boards of companies and VC funds. A decade ago, he shifted his focus to venture capital, initially leading Bankinter’s VC program and later becoming Managing Partner for EMEA VC funds at More recently, he returned to an operational role as European Director and COO of Frenetic, a deep-tech scaleup, while also serving as an independent board member for traditional companies and tech transfer vehicles.
