Janice O'Reilly

Ms. Janice O'Reilly serves as Board Member and Treasurer at MassVentures. Janice is a Partner in the Consulting Division of AAFCPAs and leader of the Managed Accounting Solutions practice. She is also the founder of Chief Advisory Services, a provider of consulting, training and advisory services. Janice previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for TechTarget (NASDAQ: TTGT), a digital business-to-business media company. In this role, Janice had overall leadership responsibility for the strategy, operations and compliance for the Companys finance, treasury, investor relations and control functions.
